Lift a Heart is a PHP initiative dedicated to spreading joy, comfort, and kindness to patients during challenging times. Our mission is to brighten someone's day through the simple yet powerful gesture of creating something personalized. Family members or loved ones of patients or someone in need can submit a request for one of the following to be created and sent directly to the person they care about. Each personalized item is thoughtfully crafted with encouragement and positivity, aiming to lift a heart of those going through medical treatment or recovery. Through this program, we hope to remind patients that they are not alone and that there are people, no matter how near or far, who are thinking of them and wishing them well.
